| Dr. Ehmer joined Pharmacelsus in March 2007. He holds a doctoral degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Saarland University, Germany. His research work focused on the development of in vitro test systems for inhibitors of steroidogenic cytochrome P450 enzymes. Prior to joining Pharmacelsus, Dr. Ehmer gained five years of experience in the area of in vitro ADME and analytical mass spectrometry as a Senior Scientist in the ADME/Tox Department at Johnson & Johnson in Beerse, Belgium. His current function at Pharmacelsus as GLP study director comprises the validation of bioanalytical methods and the performance of bioanalytical sample analysis in support of preclinical and clinical GLP studies.
