| Dr. Julia Frühwald joined Pharmacelsus in February 2011. She holds a graduate degree in business administration from the Akademie der Saarwirtschaft, St. Ingbert and studied biology at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern. In 2010, she received a doctoral degree from the Saarland University in the field of Pharmacology. Her research work focused on the function and structure of calcium ion channels in the plasma membrane. At Pharmacelsus, she coordinates and is responsible for the national and European research projects in which Pharmacelsus participates as a partner. The aim of these projects is the research for and development of innovative drug candidates in collaboration with academic and/or industrial partners. |
